Maryland lake gifts and apparel

Maryland’s lake in our collection is Deep Creek Lake, about 3,900 acres in Garrett County, out in Western Maryland. Like every lake in the state, it was made by damming a river: the Maryland Geological Survey says Maryland has no natural lakes. Deep Creek was built in 1925 and has been owned by the state since 2000. The design follows its real shoreline and is finished with the lake’s name.
