Refund policy

Every Lake Swag piece is made to order, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for size, color or a change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, email hello@lakeswag.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. If it never arrives, email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number. Either way, we'll replace it or refund it to your original payment method.

A refund goes back to your original payment method and usually shows on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

To change or cancel an order, email us before it goes into production.
