Shipping policy
How your order gets to you
Every piece is made to order, then shipped straight to you. Most are made by our print partners in the United States. Magnets come from a separate print partner and ship in their own package.
How long it takes
Making your piece (business days after you order):
- Engraved glass ornaments and rocks glasses: 2 to 5 business days after you approve the picture we email you
- Glass cutting boards: 2 to 5 business days after you OK the picture we email you
- Shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, mugs, pint glasses, coasters, ceramic ornaments, pillows, flags and can coolers: 2 to 5 business days
- Posters: 3 to 8 business days
Delivery: 3 to 7 business days after your order ships.
These times come from our print partners and are estimates, not guarantees. Busy seasons, especially November and December, can add time, so order gifts early.
Shipping cost
Ornaments (glass and ceramic) and rocks glasses ship free in the US.
Everything else: Flat $4.99 US shipping, free on orders of $59+ after discounts. The $59 counts your total once any discount code is applied. You'll see the shipping cost at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States.
Tracking and separate packages
You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If you order several different pieces, they may be made by different print partners and arrive in separate packages on different days.
Please check your address
Make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you pay. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@lakeswag.com. We can update it until your order goes into production.
Problems with a delivery
If a package never arrives or arrives damaged, email us with your order number. See our refund policy.
