These terms apply when you visit lakeswag.com or buy from Lake Swag ("we", "us"), a one-person shop in Ringgold, Georgia, just outside Chattanooga. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Our refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy are part of these terms.

1. Our products

Each piece is made to order. Our lake designs start from each lake's real shoreline and are finished by us into a simplified outline for decoration. They are art, not maps: don't use them for navigation, boating, fishing, or to judge distances, depths or hazards.

Colors look different on different screens, and printed items can vary slightly in color and placement from the photos. Photos on the site show the real design and its placement on the product; the scenes around them are styled.

2. Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. We try to keep everything accurate, but if a price or product detail is wrong, or we can't make an item, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

4. Our designs and content

The designs, lettering, text, photos we made, and the look of this site belong to Lake Swag. Some lake photos belong to their photographers and are used under the licenses credited on each page. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to copy, resell or reproduce the design. Lake names and public shoreline data belong to no one, and we don't claim them.

5. Using the site

Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it in bulk, get into accounts or data that aren't yours, place fraudulent orders, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access or cancel orders that do.

6. Your messages and ideas

If you send us a lake request, feedback or an idea, we may use it without owing you anything. We'll never publish your name or contact details without asking.

7. Warranties

Problems with an order are handled under our refund policy. Otherwise, the site and products are provided as they are, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim about a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Disputes and governing law

If there's a problem, please email us first; most things are sorted out quickly. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled by the state or federal courts serving Catoosa County, Georgia, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to an order is the one on the site when you placed it.
