Houghton Lake Personalized Glass Ornament

• Your name on it, free. Add your words, a family name and the year, like The Smith Family · 2026, and they run around the bottom of the ring. Leave it blank and it says Michigan. We email you a picture to check first. Changes are free, and nothing is engraved until you approve it.
• The lake. The real shoreline of Houghton Lake, the largest inland lake in Michigan, from Prudenville at the southeast end around the west shore past Houghton Lake Heights to North Bay, where the Muskegon River heads out, laser engraved in frosted white.
• The ornament. Clear crystal glass, 3 in across, with a faceted edge that catches the tree lights. It comes with a red ribbon, ready to hang.

For Christmas, order by Friday, December 4. Each ornament is made to order and ships in 2 to 5 business days after you approve your picture.

Houghton Lake is in Roscommon County in northern Michigan, and at 20,044 acres it is the state’s largest inland lake. It runs about 8 miles long and 5 miles wide, with over 35 miles of shoreline. Prudenville sits at the southeast end, and Houghton Lake and Houghton Lake Heights are on the southwest and west shores. The Cut River brings water in from Higgins Lake, and the Muskegon River leaves from North Bay in the northwest corner. In January the town holds Tip-Up Town USA on the frozen lake, a winter carnival that has run since 1951.
