About Center Hill Lake
Center Hill Lake is a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reservoir on the Caney Fork River in Middle Tennessee, near Smithville, covering parts of DeKalb, Putnam, White and Warren counties. Center Hill Dam was completed for flood control in 1948, and the lake runs about 64 miles with some 415 miles of shoreline. Visitors fish, camp, boat, canoe and hike, and Edgar Evins, Burgess Falls and Rock Island state parks hold parts of its shore. Our Center Hill designs are hand-finished from its real shoreline, winding Caney Fork gorge included.
