About Beaver Lake
Beaver Lake sits in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas, near Rogers and Eureka Springs. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers built Beaver Dam across the White River between 1960 and 1966, and the lake behind it covers about 28,299 acres with roughly 490 miles of shoreline. Eleven Corps parks hold 677 campsites, marinas serve boating, fishing and watersports, and the lake supplies drinking water for Northwest Arkansas. Our Beaver Lake designs are hand-finished from its real shoreline, from the dam up the White River and War Eagle arms.
